About Us

At Merry Go Round Pre-School we believe our preschool to be a magical, joyful place where children are free to run, play, laugh, sing, dance, create, paint, imagine, discover, get dirty and be loved and accepted for who they are.  We strive for a happy balance between play, academic and social skills, promoting a friendly, positive first-school experience that will last a lifetime.

Our ethos is to create an environment that gives children a feeling of security and happiness while encouraging curiosity, exploration and experimentation – the foundations of learning.  We value the individual child, so we listen to the individual and do what we know is interesting for them, that is how learning takes place and what Merry Go Round is about on a day to day basis.

We offer a safe and secure setting that promotes individuals to be activeengaged in their environment and with others.  We pride ourselves on the greater individual attention we are able to give all children to ‘grow’ in confidence- ‘explore‘ the world and  ‘discover‘ new learning and lasting friendships.

A happy child is a happy learner.
